The hotel rooms felt like a private oasis, very well appointed with a huge TV screen and a very comfortable bed. However, they looked a bit old and tired. The service was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially with assisting in accessing transportation. The location on top of Central Station was perfect for easy city access but some staff members were not as friendly. The dining experience was wonderful, with a variety of fresh produce available, although at a price of $39 per person. The facilities were top-notch ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel rooms lacked the 'wow' factor and were clean but small, with a slightly musty smell that opening the windows helped. However, the room temperature made it too hot to sleep comfortably, leaving us feeling unrested in the morning. The service was good overall, with recommendations for a great restaurant, but at times felt lacking in acknowledgment. The location was perfect, close to transportation and key attractions in Brisbane. The dining experience was impressive with a great selection of fresh produce, but a better variety of Asian options could enhance it. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
